COURAGE
CrossFit is defined as a training system based on constantly varied functional exercises performed at high intensity. At Courage we have created different CrossFit classes to adapt to you and your needs. We specialize in people who have never practiced CrossFit and we help them overcome fear and take the step.
In Courage the most important thing is the community and the strong bond that is established between people. Our CrossFit box in Madrid is the meeting point of lives, different lives that come together in the box only to train but to share and help others. Here, your companions will understand your effort and provide encouragement in your last repetitions of the WOD.
