What types of CrossFit training are in our classes?
CrossFit training at COURAGE is quite an adventure. We really like to vary the exercises and encourage you to give your all in each workout. But, mainly these are the exercises that are included in a CrossFit class.

Olympic training focuses on the basic weightlifting movements: the snatch and the clean and jerk. These movements are very demanding, but they are also very effective for developing strength and power.
Metabolic training focuses on exercises that burn calories and improve cardiovascular fitness. These exercises are usually high intensity and performed with light or no weight.
Gymnastic training focuses on exercises that require balance, strength and flexibility. These exercises are often challenging, but they are also very rewarding.
What awaits you in a CrossFit training?
A CrossFit class lasts one hour and is divided into four parts:
- Warm-up: The warm-up prepares the body for training.
- Skills Training: Skills training teaches the basic CrossFit movements.
- Workout of the Day (WOD): The WOD is the main workout of the day.
