What is HYROX?
Hyrox is a functional training modality that combines 1 km runs with functional training stations. The race consists of 8 laps, each consisting of a 1km run followed by a functional training station. The functional training stations are the same in all races, and include exercises such as rowing, burpees and wall ball, among others.
Hyrox is designed to be accessible to people of all fitness levels. Participants can choose to run the full race or complete a shorter version of it. Hyrox also offers an elite division for competitive athletes.
