What is Community Workout?

Every Saturday morning, the members of our box get together to do a different CrossFit workout as a community. The training can be of any type, from outdoor to weightlifting, gymnastics or longer CrossFit sessions.

The goal of this training is to promote teamwork and community. By training together, box members can support each other and motivate each other to achieve their goals.
