Welcome to ON RAMP. This is the name given to the COURAGE Beginner’s CrossFit program.

DO YOU STILL DON’T KNOW WHAT CROSSFIT IS?

CrossFit is a sport with constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.

Functional movements are those that you can do in your daily life.

For example, bending down to pick up shopping bags, dropping to the floor to pick up something from under the bed, sprinting because the bus misses you, or running after your children or grandchildren.

We adapt these movements and transfer them to exercises in training.

With varied exercises we mean that every day is different.

Each day the exercises are modified to work different muscles or muscle groups, to work more technique, to work more strength or to work more aerobic.

You just have to come to class every day and discover what training we have prepared for you.

High intensity is relative. Do not panic.

It is not the same intensity for a new athlete as for an advanced athlete or for a 60-year-old person as for a 20-year-old.

The intensity depends on the capacity of each person. So…
